Wigs: All wig sales are final. No returns or exchanges allowed.

All Other Products: Returns or exchanges permitted for defective merchandise only. Return/exchange must be initiated within 15 days of order date. Product must have original tags attached and be in original packaging. Returns for store credit only. No refunds issued.
